capone's roaring '20s dinner 2007 stephanie & lil as flappers "sequoia court scheduled a 'speakeasy' dinner in 2004, two weeks before halloween.  i went nuts trying to get four dresses made along with my usual workload of costumes, only to have them cancel it for lack of interest.  it's now been resurrected as capone's roaring '20s dinner.  when i did my hair and makeup for this shoot, i was trying for clara bow.  sadly - with my age and weight being what it was - the effect was more margaret dumont.  i'm much thinner now but - thanks to the cut of the dress - i should still be able to wear it to the new dinner.  not only that, but if i think i can get away with it, i'm even going to let my garter belt show!"
